This client need to do over 3000 carton orders per day, every order between 1-3pcs. Orders are very small, box type is complex to pack window faction. At the beginning, they have dozens of worker team to do carton by artificial cutting. 

After learn and understanding their needed, we come up with one time pass box making machine according to their carton drawings, completely replacing the artificial cutting mode of production, reduce labour force in greatly improve efficiency. The customer is very satisfied with the machine. Now they already have 7 sets of Jingou machines.
